Li8 THRPY started with a simple frustration. The most interesting wellness technology was stuck in clinics and labs, available by appointment and priced like a procedure.

Photobiomodulation, using specific wavelengths of light to support cellular energy and scalp vitality, had real science behind it and almost no way to become part of an ordinary week. We wanted to change that. Our mission is to make science-backed light therapy an everyday at-home ritual, not a clinical errand.

Today we make one product: the Red Light Therapy Cap. It houses 110 dual-wavelength LEDs, 660nm visible red and 850nm near-infrared, in a soft baseball cap you wear for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. The form factor is deliberate. A device only helps if you actually use it, and a cap is something you can put on while you read, work, or wind down. We would rather build one thing that earns a place in your routine than a shelf of devices that
gather dust.

We are also careful about what we say. Li8 operates within the FDA's General Wellness guidelines, and the Cap is an FDA-registered Class II device (Product Code ILY), a status that holds us to a standard of accountability. We frame what we say around circulation, scalp vitality, and the restorative feel of the session, and we will not promise outcomes the science does not support. That restraint is part of the brand, not a limit on it.
