Shipping Policy

• Order processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Chicago time or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Shipping method. All orders ship via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and displayed before you pay.
  
• Delivery time. UPS Ground delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Total time = processing time + transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  
• Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
  
• Shipping destinations. We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
  
• Address accuracy. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address.
  
• Lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at contact@li8thrpy.com within 30 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.
